Matthew watches his brother enter the dojo. He wonders what the girl would be doing in such a place. He also wonders why his brother is acting so odd. There must be a reason. Does this girl have something, something that will be profitable to him? What am I missing? His brother rarely socialized with women. He was always too busy training or scheming. The only women he socialized with were the typical dull but beautiful and submissive type. The window dressing, a pretty face for a pretty party or public appearance. Someone who doesn’t demand any affection, just a lifestyle suited to her pampered nature. Women who were willing to put up with a certain emptiness and fulfill a woman’s responsibilities. This was the type of woman their lifestyle required. This pigu didn’t seem the type to put up with anything. She did seem to be the type that was drawn to power. Marcus would soon have plenty of that if all went well.

He ducks around to the back alley and walks down to the back of the dojo. He quickly scans the area. Making mental notes in case he ever had to return. He then turns and heads back to the shop to play the good little brother. Thinking he will quiz Marcus on his odd behavior when he returns, he hopes to be let in on this new development.
